Despite a tiny bit of hype, Capcom’s Bionic Commando hasn’t done so well sales-wise according to the NPD, selling only 27,000 copies in the month of May. To give it some credit it did come out on May 19, so it wasn’t an entire month, but 27,000 is still not very much. In an industry that usually runs in sales of 150,000+ copies sold in half a year of even mediocre titles, things aren’t looking too bright for Bionic Commando.
